The headphones are ok, you can't hear natural sounds like sounds from the street, family at home, but I think you can hear snoring, but I can't hear my neighbor's hoarseness or coughing, I live on the first floor
The earplugs are comfortable and work great for noise cancellation. The only thing that bothers me a little is that I have to adjust them in my ear sometimes if I wear them for a long time. But otherwise they are quite ok, especially for traveling.
